Belgrade, 25.4.2017. – Salesforce, the world's leading CRM solution, was presented in Beograd in front of many company leaders from Serbia and beyond..


They were gathered in the Falkensteiner Hotel by the software company HSM informatika, the only registered Salesforce partner in Serbia. CRM solutions were developed to make it easier to communicate with clients and manage marketing and sales processes, and Salesforce has taken the first place on the global market for the last ten years, going by market share.

It's also worth mentioning that, according to the US magazine Forbes, Salesforce has been on the top of the list of the world's most innovative companies for the past six years, so the solution is continually expanding and advancing with new capabilities to enable significant improvements in its business.

Istvan Viz, the Salesforce Senior Account Executive, explained to the gathered that by using this solution, it is possible to achieve better quality contact with customers, but also unparalleled better cooperation both within the company and with the partners. The ultimate result of better management of marketing and sales processes is greater customer satisfaction and revenue growth, which confirms the results of companies using Salesforce's solutions.

At the event, Salesforce users also shared their practical experiences. Thus, Marija Buljugić, a sales manager from Devtech, presented how Salesforce helped their company to build relationships with customers globally, while Milan Davidović, the Delta Motors customer care director, shared the experience of implementation of the solution and presented the benefits that Salesforce brings into their business.

Tamara Živanović, software sales manager from the HSM informatika office in Belgrade, as well as Juraj and Jakov Urbanke, technical and operational managers of HSM informatika, presented the benefits for users, whether they come from small or medium-sized companies or corporations.
