Belgrade, 24.05.2018. - HSM informatika, the Salesforce Consulting partner for this region, has organized its second Salesforce event in Belgrade to present the experience of users who have already gone through the implementation process of this world's leading client relationship management solution.


Speaking in front of nearly a hundred gathered, the lecturers emphasized why change was necessary for even better business, and those present also had a chance to see how the Salesforce platform works in practice.

Zvezdan Horvat Managing Director and co-owner of Adizes SEE, explained to the participants how they could kill the company if they were persistent enough and through examples demonstrated why companies needed to adapt to the market to ensure growth in an increasingly demanding marketing with increasing competition.

Salesforce's Territory Area Manager for the Adriatic region and Bulgaria Tina Radojković explained the role of Salesforce in the fourth industrial revolution we are currently facing, and how it has even come to be. In addition, she also showed how Salesforce users can make the most of today's situation in which the client is king, through the Find-Win-Keep process, where the Salesforce platform helps you in every step.

Slaven Stojanović, Head of Sales of HSM informatika explained on our own example why you shouldn't have to wait to change, because changes and adjustments are really the key to sucess.

After the keynote speeches, Consultant for HSM informatika Dejan Rogan showed how the Salesforce platform works in practice and how it can help persuade customers to buy from you, and the demonstration was followed by two case studies from clients that recently went through the Salesforce implementation process. Irena Bulat, Managing Director for Adizes SEE, compared Salesforce to an expensive car that you should appreciate, but also learn to use in a way that will take full advantage to reap all of its benefits, and also presented all of the stagegs of the process through which Adizes SEE decided to implement a CRM system, but also provided a number of useful tips for those thinking about such a project.

Salesforce is used by companies of different profiles from different industries, but also non-profit organizations. The Fundraising Associate for Novak Djoković Foundation, Emina Potrić explained the benefits of systematic monitoring of financial results by highlighting better quality planning as the main advantage brought to them by the new CRM.

After the lectures and user stories, those gathered has the opportunity to participate in one of the two workshops where they could, in smaller groups, see exactly how the platforms works and what its features are. The marketing workshop was led by Dejan Rogan and Jelena Jelinić, where the participants could find out how to create targeted campaigns with measureable results. Slaven Stojanović i Dominik Lasić led the sales and sales development workshop, and explained why the specialization of sales functions is the only way to a more predictable and efficient sales process.
