Zagreb, 6.6.2017. - 1st BizDev meetup titled ‘At the Crossroads’ was held and organized by HSM informatika, Salesforce and Netokracija.

 


 
Business development is the key to success in today's digital economy, which is why HSM informatika, Salesforce and Netokracija organized the first business development, marketing and sales professionals meetup, featuring representatives of leading Croatian technology companies such as Microblink and Inchoo.

Following the introductory remarks by Ivan Brezak Brkan of Netokracija and Jakov Urbanke of HSM informatika, the key benefits of Salesforce customer solutions as well as good practice examples were presented by Istvan Viz, the Senior Account Executive CEE of Salesforce. At the end of the first part of the event, those gathered had the opportunity to hear the successful user story of Devtech, in which Marija Buljugić presented how Salesforce helps them to better manage their clients globally.

The second, practical part of the meetup began with a demonstration of the Salesforce solution by Dejan Rogan, the HSM informatika training manager and ended with three different workshops (Customer centric discovery, Marketing and sales campaigns in Salesforce, How Salesforce uses Salesforce in Sales Development). At the workshops, participants had the opportunity to share the experiences and challenges they face in everyday business, as well as to find out how Salesforce can improve business processes, especially those associated with sales, marketing, and business development, which will result in improved sales results.
